Meet Mark Ansah
AKA "Mr. Wealth Ansah"

We ALL have a business inside of us, the ability to SERVE others,
and a DESIRE to level up.

The only thing missing is YOU! When you show up, so does everything else. That's why we are here, to help provide the support and guidance you need to turn your dreams into reality. To achieve the best version of our world; we must first achieve the best version of the world that is within us. Our life is a mirror reflection of our hearts!

You're One Business Away

From living the life of your dreams. It only takes one business, one idea, one opportunity to help you achieve major success.

My mission is to be a pillar of inspiration, guidance, and resource for entrepreneurs and small business owners looking to make a BIG impact within themself and their community achieve a high level of success in their business.

It's possible and I want to explore those possibilities with you.

My path to entrepreneurship has been nothing but peaks and
valleys, highs and lows, many ups and many downs!

When I was younger, I never thought I'd grow up to be an entrepreneur. I never even thought I'd be in management or a CEO. As a matter of fact, my goal was to be in the NBA. Now, before you crack up laughing, let me explain.

I was actually a really good athlete when I was younger—winning lots of track and field medals, basketball tournaments, MVPs. Yes, I was really that good at sports, especially basketball. And I loved the game! Born during the Michael Jordan Era, all I could dream about was getting a scholarship, entering a D1 basketball college, and working my way to the NBA.

But there were two pressing issues. Number one, I stopped growing in grade 6, hitting my maximum height at 5’7”. Making the NBA at this height wasn’t impossible, but it was much harder—there are only a handful of players who’ve entered the NBA at that height. The second issue was a strike in my high school in grade 10, which cancelled our basketball season for the year. And for some reason, the desire for basketball faded—I never went back to it. During that year, I ramped up my work hours at McDonald’s, which kept me busy and my pockets full… but it depleted my basketball dreams. One might say McDonald’s killed my dreams and gave me a Big Mac instead.

The Pivot That Wasn’t It

After realizing I wasn’t going to pursue my NBA dream, I thought, “Maybe I’ll get there another way.” That’s when I looked into becoming an athletic therapist, physiotherapist, or chiropractor. I figured, “Maybe I can get to the NBA through one of those professions.” My basketball coach at the time, Coach Maydo, was good friends with the athletic therapist for the Toronto Raptors, so he set up a meeting for us to interview him at the Air Canada Centre. I asked about his job, his path to getting there, and what his day-to-day looked like. And after that conversation? I knew it wasn’t for me. He said he worked around the clock, traveled non-stop, rarely saw his family, played therapist for players who'd vent about life—and worst of all, he was sometimes their babysitter. That wasn’t what I signed up for.

There’s more to that story—and maybe I’ll share the rest over a cup of coffee. But for now, let’s talk about my entrepreneurial journey.

I’ve always done well in school—straight A’s, honor roll. I pretty much excelled in everything growing up. I had a strong work ethic, worked smart and hard, and always did what I had to do to get results. But getting into entrepreneurship? That was a big wake-up call.

Life Changing Experience - I almost died

I enrolled in a Kinesiology program at York University with the goal of becoming a physiotherapist. That changed in my second year when I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. It flipped everything upside down. I had been getting sicker by the day—to the point that if no solution was found, I might not have made it. I weighed under 100 pounds, couldn’t eat, was constantly in pain, weak all the time—it was brutal. My pastor encouraged me to go to the hospital, which led me to Trillium Hospital in Mississauga. They saved my life. Dr. McMullen ran some tests and diagnosed me with Crohn’s. He put me on over five medications and eventually prescribed Remicade—an expensive drug that suppresses your immune system. Crohn’s has no cure, so you need medication to manage it.

I share that because it was during that season—sick on the couch, barely hanging on—that I discovered real estate. I remember watching real estate shows thinking, “I can do that.” As I got stronger, I started looking into it… and that’s when the journey began.

Before that, I had been introduced to a lot of network marketing companies: Quickstar, Primerica, 5Linx, and more. But my mindset wasn’t ready for entrepreneurship back then. I tried doing what they told me, but it just wasn’t working. Still, the training and experience I got played a major role in shaping where I am today. So… thank you?

Real Estate, Reality Checks, and Reinvention

Getting into real estate was exciting. I remember thinking, “Once I get my license, I’m going to kill it. I’ll make a ton of sales and money, and life will be good.” That couldn’t have been further from the truth. I entered with an employee mindset and no one trained me as an entrepreneur. There was some training at the RE/MAX office, but it took me a while to understand and implement what they were teaching. I was told to door knock, cold call, talk to FSBOs (For Sale By Owners), create a farm area, hand out flyers—the works. Great strategies… but I wasn’t a salesperson. I didn’t know how to handle objections. I definitely didn’t know how to communicate my unique value. Why should they choose me?

Most of the training focused on making sales, not building a business. The top agents had businesses that worked for them. The rest? They worked *in* their businesses, basically working for themselves.

After my third year, I took a pause and went back to school to finish my degree. I switched from Kinesiology to Financial and Business Economics, entering an Honors program. It was supposed to be five years, but I only did two. I realized I just wanted to go all in on real estate. So I unparked my license and went back into the game.

My first year back? Brutal. But then I met an educator at a local meetup and joined his team. The rest is history. Three years back in, I hit my first six-figure year.

That came after switching brokerages, hiring a coach, joining a top real estate team, and working with a brokerage that focused on agent success—not just sales. I learned to run a real business. With my team’s help, I received even more training and support.

That experience taught me something: the right team and support system can supercharge your success. It cuts your learning curve and helps you thrive while you’re alive.

Once I hit six figures, there was no turning back. I built on that momentum, added mortgage sales and had multiple six-figure years.

Burnout, Reflection & the Bigger Picture

But as time went on, I plateaued. I was making the same income every year, working crazy hours, with no time for myself or my family. I realized I was just another employee in my own business. I was self-employed… but still stuck.

Then the Bank of Canada raised interest rates to levels I’d never seen. That’s when it hit me: this business is highly sensitive to market manipulation. The government holds the reins. If the market in my city dipped, I was stuck.

Enter Online Marketing & Passive Income

That pushed me to pivot. I wanted freedom, flexibility, and leverage. So I returned to the online space to master marketing—because once you master that, you can build and scale anything.

I got started in the online space in the early 2000's; 2008 to be exact.  I was always dabbling in and out of online marketing including affiliate marketing, blogging, social media marketing, and digital marketing.

I remember joining online network marketing companies such as Empower Network, My Lead System Pro and many others. Not to mention the thousands of dollars and countless of courses I purchased to learn how to build an online business.

I still have some of those courses even to this day.  Seeing how the online space has evolved, it only made sense to revisit this journey.

You see...

Marketing gives you the power to start and operate any type of business. Once you develop the skills, you become an invaluable asset. You can run a virtual real estate biz, marketing agency, an affiliate business, online store—you name it.

You get so much more control and personally, I wanted that control, no matter what the government or the economy does.  And you can create multiple income streams? Yes, count me in!

So… why coaching and consulting?

Honestly, it wasn’t my first plan. I launched a marketing agency for realtors and mortgage pros because it felt like a natural pivot. We got clients, ran campaigns, and generated leads. But I didn’t enjoy it. I launched during a slow market. Agents were hesitant. Still, we got results—but my interest was fading.

At the same time, I invested in crypto and started seeing returns. That sparked a desire for passive income. I started learning to trade for myself and others. Wins, losses, lessons… I've experienced it all. The beautiful thing now is that we are getting better and we’re still at it today.

Fun Fact

The financial services industry has created more millionaires than any other sector—outpacing real estate, business ownership, and even entertainment. So, it only made sense to add this powerhouse to our wealth-building toolkit.

Discovering My True Zone of Genius

Then something clicked.

Sometimes, it’s not about what you love or what you're passionate about.  But rather, it’s about what you’re *great* at—and what gets people results.

I’ve always coached and consulted—teaching music, tutoring, mentoring agents, sharing spiritual guidance. It came naturally. I did it for free because it didn’t feel like work. I'm also really good at taking complex frameworks and concepts and turning them into more digestible and easier to understand principles and ideas.

And when people actually applied my advice and got results? It made me feel really good and brought fulfillment.

At one point, people were literally asking me to coach them—and I’d either say no or stall. I felt weird charging for something that felt so simple to me.

Then I realized: it’s not simple for them. I’ve got skills developed over 20+ years of business, years of one-on-one sales coaching, and time spent under Canada’s top agents and brokers.

I know how to launch a business, get it to six figures, and scale it to seven. These are the same strategies I’m using to grow my businesses today.

So why not share that? Why not coach and consult others on something I’m already good at and can achieve instant results?

That’s why I rebranded Ansah Coaching.

Why Coaching? Why Now?

Now I help aspiring entrepreneurs, small business owners, creators, and marketers not only win in business—but become solid, impactful people in the process. I’m building a community of heart-led leaders who want to make a difference with their gifts.

And that’s what I want for you.

I’ve been through it all…

I’ve been homeless. Twice.
Almost died at 19.
I’ve made millions, lost a lot, and got back up.
I’ve eaten at 5-star restaurants and stretched Kraft Dinner.
I’ve battled health scares, debt, heartbreak, burnout, setbacks and so much more

Now, I’m building a seven-figure online business from the ground up.

This isn’t designed to impress you but to impress upon you that my desire to help you succeed in business comes from a place of experience and someone who has seen both successes and failures.

What I have gone through fuels my purpose and gives my business a whole new meaning. Everything I went through gave me the wisdom, tools, and a strong desire to serve and help other entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Now I’m building a global online empire on track for seven figures—and I want to help you do the same (without all the unnecessary suffering of course).

Mind if I open up a bit?

I’m not all business, you know. I truly love life—and I love to live it fully.

Yes, I enjoy the finer things—good food, beautiful places, great vibes—but I’ve also learned to stay grounded. Grateful when I have a lot, and just as thankful when I don’t. That balance is everything.

I love writing, producing music, and playing instruments. I love quality time with family and friends, throwing parties, attending galas, hosting events, and connecting with amazing people. I love cooking (when I’m in the mood), reading a good book, taking long walks in nature, exploring new ideas, and yes—I love traveling. Did I already say that? Oh well… worth repeating. ✈️🌍

But more than anything, I love to give and I love to serve.

I’m super down to earth and easy to vibe with. I crack jokes (most of them land), and I do my best to make any space—physical or emotional—feel lighter, warmer, and more alive. I’m a bit of both: extrovert and introvert. I can light up a room and work a crowd, but I also deeply value my quiet time to pray, reflect, recharge, and reset. I believe growth happens in both the noise and the stillness.

Life is short—but memories and legacies? They last forever.
Every little thing we do in this short window of time creates a ripple. We’re all shaping history with each moment we breathe. And how far that ripple reaches depends on how much you’re willing to contribute and make an impact.

Okay, okay—I know I’m getting a little philosophical here…

But the truth is, I love business because it gives me the ability to create life on my own terms. It’s not always easy—there are setbacks, lessons, late nights, and losses. But for those who push through, the reward isn’t just in income—it’s in strength, wisdom, faith, and freedom.

As a proud father of three beautiful children, a loving partner, and a brother—family is everything to me. They’re my motivation. My fuel. My reason why.

Because when my time on this earth is done, I won’t be taking money, status, or titles with me. All I’ll leave behind is my legacy.

And I want that legacy to mean something.

One of my favorite scriptures says it best:

“A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children.” — Proverbs 13:22

That’s the purpose that drives me:
To make a global impact… and build generational wealth that empowers my children, my grandchildren, and everyone connected to my story to become the best version of themselves.

And honestly? Nothing in this world would make me prouder.
